Source: . 18 full timed laps were inspected across three recordings. The 15 laps with no recorded invalidation flag supply corner references; three flagged laps are excluded from benchmarks. Flags can persist between laps, so this is conservative filtering. Opening and trailing partial laps are excluded. Only the fastest full eligible lap drives the replay. Recorded lap numbers follow the CSV and omit the opening partial lap. Lap times come from the CSV metadata. Playback uses the simulator Lap Time channel because the logger time runs at a different rate.
The display retains every extracted telemetry sample (approximately 30 per simulated second). Interpolation drives playback; gear changes use the preceding sample. The map uses recorded X/Y positions at a uniform scale. Both racing lines use the same coordinate system. Corner zoom magnifies a 500 m distance window around the driver. Line separation compares positions at the same logged Lap Distance, so it is not a precise lateral offset or track-limit measurement. Track edges and an expert reference lap are unavailable.
The G-circle uses the CSV's CG Accel Lateral and CG Accel Longitudinal channels, in G, with their native signs. Positive lateral is drawn right, positive longitudinal up; these labels describe the logged axes, not a validated force-direction convention. The combined value is √(lateral² + longitudinal²). Circles are fixed at 1, 2 and 3 G. The cloud is the selected lap's acceleration samples; it does not establish the car's grip limit.
Zone boundaries are approximate, not official sectors. Composite best sums your fastest observed zone times: it describes session consistency, not guaranteed recoverable time. Coasting means throttle below 10% and brake below 5%, because the later recordings have near-closed throttle values around 5–6%. Brake-on time is >5%; heavy braking is ≥80%. Sustained throttle is ≥95% for at least 0.3s after the minimum speed. Mean absolute steering is time-weighted. Corner time delta is reset at the selected entry gate; reference playback is synchronized at that gate. Gate-shift checks move the comparison windows ±25 m. Selected 250 m gains are not additive and are always paired with their full parent-corner result. Differences in fuel, tyres, conditions and entry speed can affect comparisons. Corner naming: Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps.
